No matter how much time and energy goes into planning a trip, the unexpected can always happen. You may have to change your trip plans, and this may result in penalties. You can avoid these penalties by purchasing our low cost Change/Cancellation Penalty Waiver.
EXCELLENT LOW COST PROTECTION
You can make changes or cancel through the last business day before departure without paying penalties. You receive a refund for any decrease in the package price.
If you make changes after the last business day before departure, you receive a refund of all prearranged travel services not used during your vacation except air fare. All this protection is only $41 per person.
Waivers must be purchased with your initial payment and for the entire party.
You or your travel agent must notify Custom Hawaiian Vacations prior to making a change or cancelling any portion of your trip. Only one cancellation/reissuance of your air tickets is covered (however, you have the option to purchase the waiver again for additional airfare coverage). Increases in air fare, any airline-imposed penalty in excess of $175 per passenger, nonrefundable tickets, airline fees for changing/cancelling your tickets after departure, changing from an electronic ticket to a paper ticket after ticketing, and necessary shipping fees are not covered. Vendor imposed penalties for accommodations, transportation, and activities are covered up to $750 per booking.
"Refunds" as used above refers only to monies received by Custom Hawaiian Vacations . Refunds will be sent to your travel agent. (Please note... no refunds can be made for travel package services you decline to use after departure unless this waiver is purchased).
Waivers are not available for travel December 15th through January 6th.
Waivers will not cover published air fees incurred while obtaining a price reduction.
